Designed for CNC Milling Machines. This cutter has 2 flutes instead of one like the traditional single lip cutter.

It is ready to use out of the box to cut a width less than .005 inches.

Cuts cleanly leaving no burrs in the following materials:

Stainless Steel (304)
Delrin
Acrylic
Nylon

Hardened steels too!

Special compound point delivers a cutter that can handle a wide range of materials without breaking and leave a burr free surface.
While engraving cutters work best at 10K to 20K RPM this cutter will work fine in a 4,000 RPM spindle with a .0005 chip load (4.0 in/min) and a plunge rate of 1 in/min.

The dual lip design and strong point make this cutter last longer and cut faster than traditional single lip cutters.
