Tahl Inc. handles Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and ITAR-controlled technical data on behalf of our customers. To protect that information — and to maintain compliance with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) 2.0 and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR, 22 CFR 120–130) — every visitor must pre-register, present a government-issued photo ID on arrival, and be escorted at all times while on the premises.
Visitor Requirements
- Pre-registration: Submit this form at least two (2) business days before your visit.
- Photo ID: Present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID on arrival.
- Escort: Visitors must be escorted by a Tahl Inc. employee at all times.
- Sign-in / sign-out: All visitors are logged in our physical access record (CMMC 3.10.4).
- No photography or recording without prior written approval from the visit host.
- Foreign Persons: Access to ITAR-controlled technical data requires a State Department license or exemption verified in advance of the visit. Foreign Persons may be restricted from certain areas of the facility.
- NDA: A Non-Disclosure Agreement may be required prior to or upon arrival.
Notice: Knowingly providing false information on this form, or unauthorized disclosure of ITAR-controlled technical data, may carry civil and criminal penalties under 22 U.S.C. § 2778, including fines up to $1,000,000 and imprisonment up to 20 years per violation.
